Startrekk Saddles

Startrekk saddles are the product of the best in German design. They provide more structure and security for the rider than many treeless saddles. This range of saddles is highly customizable, with 4 to 5 available widths of the replaceable pommel; adjustable pommels available on some models. English models have wool-flocked panels, while the others have removable/replaceable panels. The panels provide built-in spine and wither clearance, meaning that unlike many other treelesses, these saddles can be safely used on horses with very high withers or narrow, A-framed backs, without the necessity of very thick padding. Most models have a choice of two stirrup positions and an adjustable seat.

Barefoot Saddles

Barefoot treeless saddles are soft and flexible in all directions, making them extremely comfortable for both horse and rider. The exchangeable pommel insert is available in different widths as well as a soft insert for very wide or sensitive horses; the cantle is also removeable. Panels built into the saddle create clearance for the horse's spine while still allowing close contact for the rider. Stirrups are hung in a centered position for proper rider alignment. The saddles are light, with most models weighing about 10 lbs. The Barefoot line includes a design for every taste and budget, from western/pleasure to trail/endurance and Dressage. Prices start at $550.
