Skito Dryback and Skito Equalizer Saddle Pads

Skito Saddle Pads provide excellent spine clearance, are moisture-wicking and breathable, and the high-quality fleece provides good saddle stability without rubbing. They are anatomically shaped over the withers and all treeless saddle pads are made with front-loading insert pockets to prevent seams and minimize bulk against the horse.

Skito Pads are in stock in black to fit most treeless saddles. Other colors take 2 to 3 weeks.

Many Skito pad options are available; we are happy to work with you to put together the perfect pad setup.

Options include:

• Laminated inserts (for extra spinal clearance and to add a “twist” to treeless saddles)
• Lexan sheet embedded in the inserts (extra protection from pressure points)
• Layer of felt (additional spine/wither clearance)
• Dryback (aids cooling/air circulation between horse and saddle)
• 100% wool, 80% wool/20% poly fleece, or 65% wool/35% poly fleece bottom

Skito inserts can also be purchased separately and used in other pads. Interpads (inserts encased in spandex, to be used between your regular pad and the saddle) are available as well as various shims. If you need something, chances are Skito can accommodate; just ask!

Large Ultra Thinline contour pad

The Ultra Thinline's benefits are felt by both the rider and horse; saddle stability is increased, the rider is able to sit the horse's gaits more easily, and the Ultra Thinline material minimizes impacts and bounciness, leading to increased comfort for both horse and rider.

The Large Ultra ThinLine Contour Pad measures 27" across the shoulder, 23" long, and 15" across the seat. It is designed to be used between your existing pad and the saddle, and works well with most of the saddles we carry.

Ultra Thinline Sheepskin Endurance pad

Designed especially for smaller saddles, this pad is a perfect match for the Startrekk Western and Endurance saddles.

Ultra Thinline panels on the pad provide all the benefits of an Ultra Thinline interpad, but without the hassle of using two pads. Luxurious sheepskin against the horse prevents rubbing and heat buildup, providing excellent cushioning and moisture wicking.

Each panel has pockets that allow for the use of inserts (sold separately) to make minor saddle fitting adjustments. Measures 25" along the spine.
